The full bath is conveniently located to get cleaned up after a day at the beach before entering the main levels. The downstairs can also serve as a playroom for the young members of your group. Upstairs you will find a modernly designed, fully equipped, kitchen and living space. Step outside of the dining room, and enjoy a sunset off the private balcony. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms.
