- all bedding, including mattress and pillow protectors changed and washed at 60 degrees C between bookings;
- 70% alcohol hand sanitiser will be provided for guest use;
- masks will be provided if it's possible for us to purchase them.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a small, private, quiet gated complex on the banks of the Canal Norte, the apartment is just 100 meters from the fabulous Arenal Beach in Javea. Over half a kilometre in length, Playa de Arenal wins the Blue Flag year after year for its meticulous standards of cleanliness. Water sports facilities are available all year round and lifeguards are on duty throughout the summer.
Up to 4 guests can be comfortably accommodated in 1 King bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds), both air-conditioned. For families, a travel cot, high chair and booster seats can be provided free of charge and we have age-appropriate toys.
In addition to one of the Costa Blanca's premier blue flag beaches on its doorstep, the apartment complex has 2 private communal swimming pools, (1 adult - 11m x 7m and 1 round children's pool (5m diameter), located in the private gardens.
We provide sun loungers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach trolley, beach toys etc.
The kitchen comes with a Nespresso Coffee Machine, a kettle, a Microwave, a toaster, induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
To get the holiday off to a great start, a complimentary welcome pack, including tea, coffee capsules, fresh milk, bread, butter, jam, free-range eggs, 6 ltr bottled water, ice cubes, local wine, fresh orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, snacks, etc. will be waiting for you on arrival.
Enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden or visit one of the many quality restaurants on the beachfront promenade within 2 minutes walk where you can enjoy international cuisine.
Unlike many other apartments this close to the beach, this one is not located above busy shops or restaurants or on busy main roads, but is in a quiet, gated complex with private gardens and pools.
The open-plan living area is air-conditioned and also has underfloor heating for the cooler winter evenings.
There is Free WiFi with 12MBs download speed and a Samsung Smart TV with free NETFLIX.
Leave your car in our secure gated underground car park (height restriction 1.65m applies) enjoy the rest of your holiday with every convenience located within walking distance. Underground parking is much sought after during the summer months as the car can become extremely hot when left outside in the sun.
A code operated pedestrian gate allows access to and from the beach area and a separate remote controlled gate allows vehicle access to and from the private underground car park.

For the cooler evenings all windows are double-glazed, there's underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. The 3 aircon units, in the living area and both bedrooms, can be switched to heat and we supply warm quilts and electric blankets for all 3 beds.
The AP-7 motorway makes the journey time to Javea, the jewel of the Costa Blanca, from both Alicante and Valencia International Airports just an hour and ten minutes.
