No Party Policy:
Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.
Unauthorized Guests: $100 per guest fine.
Party Fine: $500.
Lost Access Card: $250.
Unauthorized Late Checkout Fine: $150 per hour.
Unauthorized Pet: $400 per pet fine.
