Stepping outside to your private terrace and swimming pool, however, is the star attraction of Villa Aurora and offers myriad possibilities for creating life long memories.
Upon entering Villa Aurora, your first encounter is the main lounge of the property. The space has been designed to accommodate couples and groups of friends and family alike, with comfortable seating including a sofa-bed, a TV for catching up on your favourite series and enough space for the special occasions you may be celebrating with us.
Leading from the Lounge is the Kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge and Aqua Guard water purifier. Hand wash, dishwashing liquid, cooking utensils and crockery are included for your use during your stay as part of your booking.
Stepping through the full length French windows takes you to the terrace and pool area. The well-maintained pool with outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off throughout the day and with views across Aarey towards the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Powai Lake and Vihar Lake, Villa Aurora boasts a larger terrace area than most villas in the area. The extra space allows for a transformation after the sun goes down if you wish to create your own private dance floor (please note: Aarey rules state no loud music after 10pm and police will enforce this rule).
The sleeping accommodation at Villa Aurora consists of two bedrooms, each with AC and en-suite bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay. Basic toiletries are provided (hand wash, shampoo and shower gel) as well as towels for all guests.
The Master bedroom, specifically designed for couples, has views across the pool and the surrounding Aarey landscape via floor to ceiling French windows, with a super king-sized four poster bed for those who like to sleep in complete style.
The second bedroom is accessed directly from the terrace, providing you with privacy from the outside world. This room has been furnished with couples or groups of friends in mind featuring a queen-sized bed and two further single beds.
In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a double sofa bed provided in the lounge for when you have extra party members in your booking (please specify when booking if you will need to make use of this).
Aarey Villas are renowned for being home to those seeking exuberant and memorable stays with friends and potential guests should be aware that there may be other villas in the vicinity who also have guests celebrating their own special occasions and so music and noise is to be expected.
Guest access
You will have uninterrupted access to the entire Villa during your stay. This includes all rooms and the poolside terrace and pool on the ground floor.
The roof of the Villa is not open to guests and you asked to refrain from climbing the exterior stairs as they are not safe. We will not be responsible for any injuries arising from ignoring these instructions and any guests found to have accessed the roof will be asked to leave immediately without refund of booking amount. There is external CCTV in place to monitor the stairs for this reason.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the villa during your booking and and damage will be charged for/deducted from your security deposit. We deal with all such issues fairly and only make deductions in the rare instances that a guest's actions have damaged the property.

An Aadhar Card is mandatory for all guests.
Loud Music is not permitted after 22:00 (10pm) due to government laws
A security deposit of Rs. 5000/- is payable at the time of check-in. It will be refunded to you at check-out providing the property is returned without damage.
