You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:

Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled.
Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas Concierge and Vacation Planner team (there is NO COST for this service) will contact you within 48 hours after you have made your reservation and will assist with making your transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports (Palmar Sur or Quepos) - whether that is a rental car, private shuttle, private airplane or even private helicopter - we can make sure you arrive to the property on-time.
We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
The home is located in the hills above of Dominicalito.
Grab a cup of fresh Costa Rican coffee at one of the local coffee shops just ~5 minute drive away. If you prefer to enjoy the coffee on one of the many patios/decks of the homes, purchase it at the local grocery store near the coffee shops on your way up to the home.
Guests will meet at the Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas office located in Dominical where a Representative will escort guests up (Osa Property Management in one vehicle, Guests in their own private vehicle).
We will walk you throughout the home showing you where everything is located and making sure all of your questions have been answered.
Check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm or access may be denied. There will be a fee of $100 for late arrivals for any pre-approved late check-in (no check-ins after 10pm, no exceptions).
This luxury 4-bedroom/4 bathroom, ocean view home, was designed to provide endless views of the Pacific Ocean and Costa Rica jungle from almost every room. Three (3) of the bedrooms are suites, with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms (one has a Jacuzzi), air conditioning, ceiling fans and access to a patio. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor and is great for kids.
The main floor has two bedrooms, spacious living room, newly remodeled kitchen, large pool deck/patio and 12 meter long swimming pool (38 feet).
Upstairs has a large SmartTV, open area to enjoy and two more bedrooms (both bedrooms upstairs are suites).
The property is 100% PRIVATE. There are no shared spaces. The home and swimming pool will be for the exclusive use of you and those in your group.
A 4x4 vehicle is required to arrive to the home. It is about a 10 minute drive up an unpaved road from the highway.
Our full-time concierge can assist you in lining up a rental car and transportation as needed. We strongly encourage having a private vehicle rented.
The home is approximately 3 hours from San Jose Juan Santamaria international airport. We recommend having our concierge line up a private shuttle to pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the home (stop whenever you need a break).
