Our home is intended for family reunions and gatherings. We strictly prohibit wild parties that result in destructive and drunken behavior. If your intention is to party at our house, we are NOT a good fit for you. We are only interested in families who will take good care of our property and respect our neighborhood. Guests will be required to complete and return a signed rental agreement within 48 hrs after confirmed booking with us.
PETS
All pets MUST be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval. There is additional documentation required for service animals, so please let us know if you are planning on bringing one. Please review our pet policy and confirm agreement. Guests must adhere to the following pet rules before approval for the pet is provided:
1. Only dogs are allowed and no more than 2 are allowed per stay unless prior arrangements are made.
2. A pet fee of $250 for the first dog and $50 for all subsequent dogs will be required. This fee is for the privilege of having a pet at the property. It does not cover damages or stains caused by the pet.
3. Dogs must be house trained and well behaved and on a leash when outdoors.
4. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture (i.e. sofas, beds, etc)
5. Dogs are not allowed in any carpeted area.
6. Dogs must not be left unattended in house unless crated.
7. Guest must pick up and appropriately dispose of dog excrement from the property and community areas.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES (available Memorial Day - Labor Day)
Community amenities include a 2.5 mile long glacial lake with a designated beach and swim area and a tennis court area. The beach is 15 minute walk from the house and 5 beach passes are provided.

Here is the basic layout of the home: there are 3 levels. The lower level consists of a mud room, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, the game room and our unique Instagram mural. Don't forget to tag us @poconoskhakicampbell
The main level consists of the dining, kitchen, living room with smart TV, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bath, the laundry area and deck with grill. The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, a full bath and loft sitting area.
There are smart TVs in every bedroom and the living and game rooms so you can log into your own account and stream your favorite shows. Streaming services are not provided.
The game room will keep you and your guests occupied for hours. It features the classic Pong arcade game and another arcade gaming system with access to hundreds of classic arcade games and other fun family games, including life size connect 4 and Jenga games. Our unique Instagram mural is also located in the game room and is great for family/friend photos. Don't forget to tag us @poconoskhakicampbell
OUTDOOR SPACE
Propane grill is available off the kitchen deck and is propane ready with outdoor seating with views of Big Boulder ski trails and Big Boulder lake in the winter. Fire pit and EV charging outlet is off the driveway. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Please note that there is about a 10 degree grade when coming down the driveway. This is especially noteworthy in the winter months. Chains or snow tires, though not required, are very helpful when visiting in the winter months. There is an outdoor security camera located above the front entrance for your safety. Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours (10pm-8am).

Paddle board, kayak, and canoe rentals available at Lake Harmony (check out Yeti Watersports). Our home is 10 miles to hiking, swimming, fishing at Hickory Run State Park, skiing at Big Boulder or racing at Pocono Raceway. Golf, Casino, Waterparks, White water rafting and more are all within a 30 minute drive.
