The property grounds are enclosed in a solid high fence allowing for full privacy during stay . The sleek entrance of the villa opens up to a kitchen, dining & living room areas. Contemporary euro design kitchen with full size appliances, wine fridge and includes all the necessary kitchenware essentials for at home dining experience. The kitchen island seats 4 guests at the breakfast bar and 8 guests at the dining table. The living room includes pillow back sofas, 65 HDTV with soundsystem & Netflix, Playstation 5, Alexa virtual asistant, bluetooth speaker, and a common area washroom. Separate enclosed patio with 2 chairs and coffee table. The living area connects with the outdoors through large panel floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead to the furnished outdoor pool & BBQ areas.
Outdoor amenities include:
- 50 sq.m. (8 X4.5) private pool, 1.5 meters deep throughout. The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day.
- A 10-meter shallow river, 0,45m deep.
- 2 bean bag loungers, 8 luxury sunbeds with 4 umbrellas and side tables
- Spacious lawn-covered areas and a childrens playground for outdoor games
- Fully equipped charcoal BBQ with outdoor sink, as well as a gas BBQ

The villa includes yoga mats and weights for the guest to use. Sliding door leads to the garden area outdoor shared terrace with seating available for all three rooms.

Ensuite Queen size bedroom((1,80 x 2,00) or can be customized to two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) available upon request. The bedroom includes: an open wardrobe area, suitcase stand, A/C, 40 HDTV, Alexa bluetooth speaker. Full bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with hydromassage jets. Sliding door leads to the playground area outdoor terrace.
Next to the villa entrance is a laundry room which includes a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Automated gated driveway allows for private parking space for 2 cars on the premises.
Physis Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
