The Space:
Welcome to our stylish beachfront condo in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Get ready for an unforgettable stay, with breathtaking views of both the sparkling swimming pool and the beautiful Isle Verde Beach. As you step inside, you'll immediately feel a sense of relaxation and tranquility and a direct view to the sea! The living area is open, with chic decor and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. Wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow natural light to flood the space and provide beautiful views of the pool and the turquoise waters off of Isle Verde Beach. Step out onto your private terrace to really enjoy the views, particularly stunning during the sunrise!
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals at home, whip up a quick snack, enjoy your morning coffee to the sunrise, and more. There’s also a washer/dryer here for added convenience! Plus, you’ll have a pass-through window for easy serving from the kitchen to the dining area. The table seats four with cushioned seating and offers a captivating ocean view that also can be seen off of the dining room mirror!
When time to rest after a long day, there are two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with plush beds and fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom has a unique and comfortable floating LED king-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and an ocean view from the bed! The second bedroom has two comfy twin beds perfect for accommodating additional guests or children and also features a gorgeous sea view.
The sofa in the living room pulls out for additional sleep spaces for two or flexible sleep space. The second bathroom is located adjacent to this bedroom, providing easy access for everyone.

Located in Carolina, the complex features an array of amenities that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, just steps away from your door, or soak up the sun on the poolside loungers while savoring the ocean breeze. When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk out of the building and onto the soft sands of Isle Verde Beach. Spend your days lounging under the palm trees, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or strolling along the shoreline. This area has the perfect blend of beach relaxation and excitement, and historic Old San Juan is just minutes away.
Getting Around:
The property is about 2 miles from the San Juan Airport (SJU). A rental car is highly recommended for exploring and reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. There’s a parking space onsite at the complex for you if you arrive by car. If you’d like an airport transfer, let us know; we can help. You can also travel by taxi or Uber from the airport.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Early check-ins are not available due to the condo complex rules and regulations.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to access the keys. The code will be provided before your arrival.
