Gold Villa 9 is located in the resort of Ovacik which is about a 10min / 5km drive from the wonderful and world famous Ölüdeniz beach / Blue Lagoon in Fethiye. Ovacik is approx. 60min / 55km driving time from Dalaman airport. The popular and lively center of Hisarönu with the many restaurants, bars, discos, amusement park, etc. can be reached on foot in 1 km / 10 minutes and is therefore also ideally located for quiet evening hours.
Gold Villa 9 is located on a 700m2 private plot with its own large pool (approx. 75m2) and well-kept garden.
On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with a large dining and living area / lounge and a toilet. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a spacious covered veranda with relaxing furniture, with a wonderful view of the pool, the garden and the mountains. On the ground floor you have direct access from the living area to the beautiful terrace, which invites you to eat or relax and chill out. There is also an open fireplace in the living area for cozy winter evenings.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms / double rooms, each with an en suite bathroom incl. WC. The bedrooms have access to a large balcony where you can enjoy the sunset and wonderful mountain views in the comfortable lounge furniture in the evenings. All rooms are of course air-conditioned.
In the Mediterranean private garden there is a 75m2 pool with 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols around the pool. The pool has a flat access in the front area for children and non-swimmers and in the back a deep area for a few swimming laps.
Local transport is excellent with a regular Dolmus service that runs every 10 minutes. In front of the villa there is also a taxi call system with which you can quickly and easily order a taxi.
The villa has free WiFi connection for our guests and is equipped with TV / DVD.
