This 5 bed 4 bath (3 full, 2 half) home is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort and has been beautifully renovated & all 5,100 sqft has been thoughtfully designed. The Pool is heated year round and has a child safety fence so the family can enjoy the outside area with Pickle Ball, basketball, mini gold Bocce Ball, & BBQ around the fire pit worry free. Located in Central Scottsdale it's right around the corned from tons of local attractions and just a few minute north of Old Town.
The Space:
Brand new complete remodel in March 2021 featuring a warm and open floor plan, soaring 15' wood beamed vaulted ceilings and vibrant sunlight from a delightful central Zen atrium. The outside is as beautiful as the inside all on a 1-acre lot.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests
- Five Bedrooms, 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 3 Twins
- Five Bathrooms - 3 Full, 2 Half
- Four Covered Parking Areas and plenty of other parking in the large driveway
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ combination K-Cup/Drip coffee maker
- Living room and family room
- Large backyard with sport courts - pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, cornhole, and a putting green. A heated, fenced swimming pool, BBQ grill, dining table, firepit, and covered patio.
- For safety, the indoor fireplace is not operable.
- We keep the pool heated to the recommended swimming temperature of 78 degrees.
