THE SPACE
Sitting 1,750 feet above sea level, this three level home provides separate sleeping quarters on each floor, each with private full bath. Entry and baths have radiant heat. Fully renovated top to bottom with no expense spared and state of the art heating & cooling.
Select amenities include Malm wood burning fireplace, high end Chef's kitchen, two unique triangle decks that feel like you are floating amongst the trees, outdoor dining table for 10, Weber grill, outdoor furniture and hanging swing chairs, huge fire pit featuring the Cowboy Cauldron and 8 Adirondack chairs, new spa area deck with Bullfrog Still 7 ($20K+ hot tub). Imagine soaking in the hot tub while looking at the peak of Hunter Mountain on one side and Windham Mountain on the other!
Upstairs level has one King room overlooking the peak of Hunter Mountain (you can even see the ski plows at night!) and one Queen room overlooking the entire mountain range, Windham mountain and the lake. Full bath with small soaking tub.
Main level features comfortable living room, dining room, fireplace, open kitchen, Queen sized bedroom and lavish full bath with river rock shower. Oversized picture frame windows capture the outside, like a perpetual mural that changes by the season. Access to the impressive triangle deck that is almost 50' above the ground with outdoor lounge, dining and hang out areas.
Lower level features walkout with private triangle deck and 4 swinging chairs with access to the spa level featuring the Bullfrog STIL 7 6 capacity hot tub. Another living space, wet bar/game area, Queen room and second bedroom with twin beds and full bath complete the package.
We are one of the only properties on the mountain to have almost an acre of property with plenty of space to hang inside or out, walking distance to the ski slopes and lodge.
GUEST ACCESS
Everything except one locked closet and one locked area in outdoor shed. Guests can use front part of shed for ski storage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Smart TV's in all bedrooms and each living room. Super fast 1 gig wifi. Tesla charging station. Plenty of wood for fires. Additional ski storage in shed.
