The Space:

Start your day by a dip in the large, brand new jacuzzi on the patio, followed by breakfast prepared in this huge kitchen with everything you need: blender, toaster, coffee machine, oven, stove and more.
Perfect getaway for friends and family who are seeking space and privacy.
All bedrooms and living rooms have a Roku TV with SLING TV for the channels and guests can also use their streaming accounts to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Additional half bathroom downstairs off living room.
Please note while children are always welcome, the home is not childproofed. Be mindful of the steps and the wire rope railing

Workstation - Upstairs with computer monitors and desk chair, perfect for working while away and virtual learning for kids.
Kitchen - Newly renovated with plenty of counter space and ample sleek cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar and spices.
Living area - Large comfy sectional sofa and 65 in TV.
Dining Area - Dining table with banquette seating and 4 chairs. Also 4 counter height stools for kitchen counter seating.
This is NOT a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors. It is located on a quiet street, you don't like noisy neighbors? They don't either ;) Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We keep the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.
This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
We are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
Service dogs and ESA are welcome.

This is a self-check-in property and a unique door codes will be sent for a smooth and flexible check-in. We’ll provide you the access code 24 hours before arrival.

*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
