This beautiful lauxury modern house is located in a quite neighborhood with complete privacy, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, Sea World, restaurants, family activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course and more. House includes a master suite, pool table, covered patio with sitting area, huge deck with dining area, BBQ grill, private pool, a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and plenty of private parking.
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax and a huge deck with dining area and pletny of games. You will have plenty of private parking.
This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials and a drip coffee machine. Plenty of free private parking is available.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Play the pool table. Jump into your private pool. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
