A resort-style master ensuite with free-standing bath and peaceful views is the ideal spot to wind down. While there’s an equally impressive family bathroom complete with bath and a lush outlook. Guests also have the option of the yoga/meditation room which is a self-contained space that enjoys a serene outlook while adopting the same natural warmth of the main house.
Specialist in feng shui, the architect has applied these principles in the placement and design features of the home. Feng shui was the initial inspiration for the house design.

If you want to get closer to nature, there are numerous rainforests and national parks where you’ll find stunning waterfalls and bushwalking tracks.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
