Splendid, modern-styled villa located in Roda de Berà, Tarragona. It has its own barbecue area available, as well as a private swimming pool and panoramic views of the coast.
This villa is located in a residential area in the suburbs of Roda de Berà. It takes a 5-minute-walk to get into the town itself, which has all kind of shops and restaurants that offer local gastronomy, suitable for enjoying a meal in family, such as a delicious paella or typical Spanish “Tapas”. If you are looking forward to going to the beach, it takes a 7-minute-trip by car to get to the seafront, a perfect location to sunbathe and practice sea-related activities.

Regarding the distribution of the villa, there is a garage where two cars can be parked just in front of the house. Going upstairs, we get to the area where the first floor is located, with the kitchen and the dining room; both of them have free access to the pool and terrace, and also, the laundry area.
We would consider the second floor to be the “night area”, as there are two bedrooms, one of them with a kingsize bed, and the other one, with two single beds; there is a bathroom with a showerhead too. Both of them have free access to the second-floor terrace. Furthermore, there is a suite room, a beautiful room for two equipped with an hydromassage bathtub and a quiet terrace with amazing views to the coast.
Outside, there is an area especially equipped for children, with a rocking horse and some bikes. We can also find an area for adults, containing a barbecue and a dishwasher for cleaning all the tableware available to use there.
