The natural terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues, and our suites and lodge have steps leading to decks and upper levels. Guests using mobility assistance devices should consider this when booking. We are happy to discuss any concerns before arrival to ensure the best experience possible.

-We Do Not Accept Animals of any classification due to our allergy free protocols. This property must be maintained to an extremely high standard. We prioritize an allergy-free environment, while adhering to the ADA requirements.
However: We will discuss Service Animals on a Case by Case - with proper notification only.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds due to weather, natural elements, or insect encounters. We encourage guests to come prepared for a true outdoor adventure and enjoy the beauty and unpredictability that nature has to offer.
