Located in the quiet Quinta dos Açorianos neighborhood, the house is 3 km from the beach and the town center, and 300 meters from the sea (?). LOCATION- The house is in the Quinta dos Açorianos neighborhood and is located in a very green area (native forest). Access to the central beach (for sun and bath) is 3 km from the house. Market with bakery, pharmacy, greengrocer, beauty salon, and small restaurant 100 meters from the house and other shopping points only in the downtown area.
SECURITY- For your safety the house has screens and bars on the windows and also has an alarm system. The land is all walled and the gates have lock. The neighborhood, despite its poor neighborhood, is quite quiet from theft incidents.
The Path - Asphalted: The path from the house to the beach is fast and 97% asphalted. Just on the street of the house is not paved (80 mts). The trip is made on the shores of the lagoon where you can enjoy the lagoon and its mangroves.
