If you like the privacy this house is perfect !!. No neighbors, no other guest .. only you and your friends in a wonderful space. It's a beautiful country-house surrounded by two hectares of woods and fields, set on the Langhe hills, immersed in silence, on three levels, with a five-a-side football field, a big swimming pool (16 meters for 4) a table football, a gym usable also for events, 5 bathrooms, satellite TV and Wi.
This cozy house has been renovated during the years but still maintains the old stone house and the original materials: stones, bricks, wood.
There are two chimneys, one on the ground floor, and one on the second floor. The house is perfect to host many people, who could share a large kitchen and a beautiful dining room. The paths trough the woods are suggestive. The scent of the place and the clean and fresh air will make your holiday nice and extremely relaxing.
It's a three floors house. On the ground floor there is a bog kitchen with a large 8 seats kitchen island. There is a double doors fridge with a water purifier. The dining room has a big table for 15 people but is possible to add more place. Outside there is a soccer field (size 22x40 m), a table football, a swimming pool, a garden and a courtyard with a big table where you can eat under the bower.
The house could host till more than 15 people. It's possible to add some mattress in the open space. In the kitchen there are two chairs for kids.

To renovate this house we used original materials such as old terracotta, brick, stone and wood. There are two fireplaces: one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. It is suitable for hosting several families of friends willing to share a large kitchen with adjoining dining room. The paths in the woods are suggestive. the perfumes of the place and the clean and fresh air make the stay pleasant and extremely relaxing. The house is on three floors: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a large central island also equipped with six seats. There is also a double door fridge with water purifier .. The adjacent dining room has a large table for 15 people but it is also possible to add an extra table. In the outside there is a swimming pool of 16 meters by 4, a soccer field of forty meters by 22 a cottage that houses a professional foosball table, a garden and a courtyard equipped with a large table for lunch and dinner in the shade of the pergola. On the top floor there is a gym with mats and rollers where you can practice yoga, feldenkrais (spinal rehabilitation therapy) and massages. The house can accommodate up to 15 people, however other beds can be added in the open space. Two height-adjustable chairs for children and a high chair are available.
