The house, located in a 42.000 sq. mts. country estate, is composed of three double bedrooms with two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall and a reading room. Guests enjoy complimentary wireless Internet both inside the house and on the terrace, as well as a wide flat-screen TV with international satellite channels in the living room.
Outside, the swimming pool, available from April to October (both included), receives the sun from dawn until the later hours of the day, making it the perfect spot to revel in the beautiful sunsets of the island. Along with the swimming pool, this beautiful finca offers gardens and ample terraces where guests can savor breakfast outdoors, relax during the day, and enjoy a tasty dinner with friends and family by the barbecue grill.
Behind the house, in an independent area, the old farm is still active and is maintained daily by the person responsible of taking care of the animals and plants, as well as keeping the pool in top condition once a week.
The house is set on the neighborhood of Establiments, near the bus line no. 16 that connects to Palma’s old town, and with simple access by car to the city as well as the highway and the main roads of the island, making it easy for guests to visit the best beaches and most charming villages of Majorca. It also offers quick and straightforward access (10 minutes) to malls, hypermarkets, cinemas and one of the best hospitals in Majorca.

Résumé: A traditional farmhouse in a quiet area about 20 minutes from Palma. If you want tranquility this is the place. Peace and quiet save the bells on the sheep in the adjoining fields. If you are wanting ultra modern this isn’t for you and the outside area is a bit shabby. Could do with some cushions for the pool loungers and a new covered swing chair- the one in situ had a broken top which Maria tried to fix but it was never “right”. Not a huge problem though. The mosquitos were a problem so some more potent mechanisms to alleviate them would be a good idea. The plug ins didn’t seem to work. The window in my bedroom unfortunately had to be shut at night as the glass part was fixed to the shutters so one couldn’t just close shutters. If they were separate it could have been better so that some air could come in but also preventing mosquitos coming in. Not possible though. The beds were somewhat hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no cleaning service whilst we were there. Having said all that we loved the farmhouse and it’s glorious views. Perla ( the dog) was an added bonus. We always got a wonderful greeting when we returned from a night out. We weren’t responsible for her at all as she was fed daily by the man who tended the land on the property. We Used the number 16 bus at end of the connecting road to the farmhouse to take us into Palma. It took 20 minutes and cost 1.50 Euro each way, it was great that we didn’t have to find parking, There is nowhere to eat close by which was a shame. There is a restaurant at the end of the road but suffice to say we tried it once and didn’t go Back! You have to head to Palma and surrounding areas for a meal out. Alternatively a meal in was nice too looking onto the pool and beautiful views. The pool was gorgeous and cleaned and checked regularly. Paolo whom we dealt with and who was our point of contact from the onset was extremely helpful and helped us with any queries we had. We met Maria the owner a couple of times who was also very accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend this farmhouse to a family with very young children as if they fell they could hurt themselves on the rough, uneven ground. But a family with older children i am sure would love it. A car is a must and this gives you the freedom to explore this beautiful island. If you are looking for a rustic, Mallorcan farmhouse with stunning views and tranquility with easy access to wonderful Palma this is the place for you
