On the ground floor, two double bedrooms, as well as a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, access to the porch and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, 1 large bedroom, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful terrace with incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The porch is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.
The new swimming pool (8x4 m) is located in front of the house and has 6 sun loungers and parasols.

The 7,000 m2 plot is surrounded by trees and plants and a typical Mallorcan stone wall.
The perfect place to relax and unwind.
A volleyball net, a ping-pong table, and many other games provide you with many possibilities for fun.
If you prefer, you can relax on one of the loungers under the pool umbrella.
