This spacious, comfortable holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the 2nd floor of a holiday home in the mountaineering village of Huettschlag in Salzburgerland, near the Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
The apartment offers a comfortably furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), a large bathroom, a washing machine, 2 balconies and a sun lounger/solarium. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer as well as a gym in the basement and a garage space in the house.
Due to its location in the valley, this apartment is easily accessible all year round. Behind the house there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, as there is a cross-country ski trail there, part of a cross-country ski trail with 44 kilometers of trails. In winter, the ski bus to the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area with 17 lifts and 73 km of perfectly groomed slopes stops almost in front of the apartment (45 m), and it is 7 km by car. The Alpendorf ski area in St. Johann im Pongau is highly recommended, with direct access to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes.
