This well-appointed holiday cottage is located approx. 500 m from the sea. The pool area is a paradise for water lovers with 21 m² large swimming pool with counter-current, underwater lighting and a water slide. Besides the pool there is a large 6 person whirlpool, bathroom and sauna. Next to the pool room is the billiards room with an 8 foot pool table, stereo with CD player, dartboard, soft furnishings and bar with refrigerators. From the billiards room you can see into the pool room. Besides the billiards room there is another activity room in the house. Here you can play table tennis, table football, PlayStation3 or watch a DVD on the large flat-screen TV. The activity room also has a stereo with CD player and a small office corner. From the activity room you can climb up on the big play mezzanine, equipped with toys and a TV with DVD player. In the middle of the house is the large, architecturally interesting living room and kitchen with 2 sofas, one by the wood-burning stove and the large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and one where you can relax with a game or a good book. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 cookers and plenty of space where you can sit on bar stools and listen to music from the stereo, which also has a CD player. From the kitchen you can climb up on the large sleeping mezzanine with 4 mattresses and television with DVD players. Outdoor there is a sandpit and swings for the children. There is also a petanque court and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Large, open terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
