House Bulog is located in the village Sinac, near town Otočac on the river Gacka. The region is Lika, the biggest county in Croatia, mountain region but near the coastline and national parks. Area is very quiet and relax with a good continental climate famous for fresh summer nights and warm on day.Wonderful house for wonderful holiday! Holiday house (55 m2) for 6 persons , including terrace overlooking the forests of mountain Godača.
Our family rent entire house only for you and it is very special for peaceful holidays.If you traveling with children, we have big yard with the pool .It is very quiet and without traffic, so, you can completely relax.The ground floor is about 55 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and asofa. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two separated beds.There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and a dining area. The kitchen is decorated in rustic style with a nice kitchen island. The new decoratedbathroom has a walk in shower in farm house style.House doesn't own air condition but it is not necessary because the continental climate famous for this region.
The house has a pool with a deckchairs surrounding with a view on the green hills what is especially nice on the sunset when is full of colours.Near the pool is stone tavern where guests can eat meals prepared on the nice barbacue which is in the yard, also. In the tavern guests can sit inside and outside on the terace, no matter on the weather conditions. It is suistanble for enteretainments.House is suistanble for kids. Kids can enjoy in the big playground with playgrund swings and small wooden house where kids can have fun and play sports like a football.The yard is fanced and guests have own privacy for sunbathing for example. One side of the house is looking on the hills, and on the other side guests can see domestic animals like horses and sweet sheeps which is especially fun for kids.
The house has free big car parking outside and inside the yard.Free WIFI cover complete house and outside also.If guests need we have traved bed for small children and chair for small kids.
The guest house is located in village Sinac which is near the small historic city Otočac. There are few shopping centres, bank, ATM and stuff like that, basically everything you need for a carfree vacation. The high ranked on the Tripadviser is the restaurant Ruspante, located in Sinac, famous pizza place. There you can try homemade pizza, except classic pizza, there is pizza of the lamb or trout.Our village Sinacis 55 km away from the entrance to the one of the most famous national park in the world: National park Plitvice.There are interesting promenades with the view on the nature and hillds. The village is famous for the sources of Gacka river, the very clean river special for trout fishing. The trout there grow 5 times faster then on the other places, because purity and plants which are inside.For more active holidays there are many cycling paths in the village and around. If you like hiking and going on mountain trails 50 km away is located mountain Velebit. On the southern side od Velebit is Nacional Park North Velebitandon the southern side of Velebit is located national park Paklenica.If you like museums, 45 km from Sinac is Smiljan, birthplace of Nikola Tesla, the famous inventor of electric power.Interesting village 15 km away the house is Kuterevo, famous for the shalter of young bears. There you can see bears in the nature.70 km away is Bihać, very nice Bosnian town located on the Una river special for rafting.
