Beautifully located with sea views you can rent this nice house with charm. The time stopped sometime in the seventies. With a large, lush garden, you have a high location at the back of the house can look out over the sea. The house has two bedrooms and an extra bedroom in a detached annex. Here you will also find a sauna. In the master bedroom there are two single beds and in the smaller one a bunk bed. In the middle of the house, you have a large and lovely living room in combination with the dining area. There is a fireplace, a sofa group and TV among other things. As an extension of the house, there is also a spacious terrace at the back where you can spend many lazy days, eat well and enjoy you time. The house is located in Matvik which is a small natural harbor just north of the Karlshamn archipelago. The environment here is wonderful and consists partly of the archipelago itself and the sea in the south, partly of a beautiful forest in the northern directions. Here is also Karlshamn's largest harbor for leisure boats with an active bridge association, and for a couple of years a floating ice cream kiosk, the Harbor Pavilion “Hamnpaviljongen”. Archipelago traffic has several boats plying Matvik, and from 2020 you can also get to Vägga. If you bring your own boat, it is possible to borrow a berth near the house. Just east of Matvik, Kajakcenter Syd has its base where they rent out kayaks and arrange guided tours in the archipelago, which is really recommended. A little further east is one of the municipality's best bathing spots, where you can swim in the sea either on a sandy beach with a long floating jetty or from the rocks with a solid trampoline. Further east we have Eriksberg, one of the Nordic region's largest nature reserves with the Nordic region's largest safari park. Well worth a visit. There are also hiking trails that go outside Eriksberg's fenced area. A warm welcome to this wonderful place!
