Beautiful and spacious villa with private pool peacefully situated on a hilltop offering amazing views of the “Basso Merse” Natural Preserve and Mount Amiata in the distance. This villa has been carefully restored and turned into a refined, splendid country house providing all comforts. The interiors are stylish, tastefully furnished with a pleasant combination of tradition and luxury. This unique villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden decorated with a wide variety of plants and roses. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a beautiful private pool set in panoramic location, of a large terrace and of a covered area offering extensive views of the surrounding landscape.
This gorgeous villa also provide an astronomical observatory with professional telescopes (accessible upon request). The estate also offers an organic vegetable garden.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 900 m not suitable for low cars.
Distances: Monticiano with general stores 10 km, Siena 28 km, Grosseto 40 km, Florence 95 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, 10000-square-meter garden with garden furnishing, private panoramic swimming-pool (10 x 20 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) with changing rooms, showers and sauna. Guests can also enjoy use of 3 beautiful, panoramic smaller pools ("Calidarium, Frigidarium e Tiepidarium") each containing water at different temperatures.
All of the bedrooms and the main villa provide air-conditioning and satellite TV. WI-FI internet connection available in the main villa (free of charge).
