Welcome home to our house which is only 15 minutes in from Stockholm city. The house is located on one of the highest points in a residential area with four terraces in different weather strips and a brilliant and soothing view of the archipelago.
It is a great location for exploring Stockholm and its Arcipelago with over 30,000 islands.
Just 14 km from Stockholm city is charming Saltsjö-Boo in a wonderful archipelago nature. In the surroundings you will find beautiful walking paths along the water and several beaches, cliffs and lake with swimming area. Take a peaceful forest walk or jog and explore the scenery or walk along gravel roads down to Boo Gård where the Waxholmsbåten adds for further trips out into the archipelago or into the city.
The house is modern and airy and has a fantastic south-facing light. Here all the seasons are beautiful and it is a joy to look out over the surroundings in both greenery and a crisp sunny winter day with crystal clad pine and spruce peaks.
The house is 220 sqm and has a large and airy welcoming entrance hall with high ceilings and patio door to the pool area and garden. On the lower level there is a laundry room and 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with direct connection to a large bathroom with a small Jacuzzi and sauna and entrance to the pool area. There is another bathroom between the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have balcony doors onto terraces.
Here you can relax in the garden or enjoy the heated outdoor pool in a transparently protected pool area with large terrace with sun loungers. There is also a pergola with ceiling and lounge furniture and an outdoor kitchen with bar, grill and dining room furniture.
On the upper level you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room in an open plan with a stunning view of the sea and nature. Open wood-burning fireplace and high ceilings. There are two terraces in different directions. A terrace with morning sun with loungers and a terrace with associated dining furniture and lounge furniture where you can enjoy the sunset.
We have a raised garden with berries and lawn for play and games.
There are grocery stores, bakery and mall within close distance. We tip in our information leaflet about beach swimming, beautiful and interesting nature reserves, museums, farms, spa facilities, restaurants and various excursion destinations found in the surrounding area.
We want to make you aware that we have a dog who lives in the house but the dog is not in the home when we rent out our home.
