This beautiful apartment is set in the context of an elegant period villa of the past, the Casaccia, dating back to the XVIII century, which is immersed in the green of the land belonging to the hills of the north-east of Tuscany. The house has 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodates 6 people and is treated in detail for a stay of pure relaxation.
The apartment was recently rebuilt from the foundation with contemporary lines, and furnished in the modern country style, to create a warm and welcoming environment. The spaces are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, which revolves around an inviting wood-burning fireplace, open to a modern, functional kitchen. A panoramic window faces west, towards the Tiberina Valley, where you can enjoy the sunset and the landscape, through centuries-old cypress trees. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which can be prepared either with a double bed or with 2 single beds. Two rooms are on the first floor, while the third room, the larger one, is located in the attic. In addition to the 3 bathrooms attached to the rooms, there is a comfortable 2-element bathroom, located on the ground floor.
The house offers a comfortable stay for all ages. There are large built-in wardrobes and a vast assortment of kitchen tools for cooking and enjoying the typical products of the territory. To entertain you there are two TVs with digital terrestrial, one of which is a flat screen with a DVD player and movie selection, also equipped with a SKY decoder. You will find a small assortment of baby toys, board games and books to read to spend pleasant evenings. A camp bed with mattress and a high chair can be made available on request.

Nearby walks include the Rocca, an ancient medieval fortress, the old mill and the Singerna, the ancient waterfall on the Tiber river that feeds the artificial lake of Montedoglio.
