The nearest (sand)beaches are around 35 kms from the property. The house is easily to reach if you arrive by airplane (the airport of Pisa is only at 34 Kms, while Florence's airport is 80 Kms far away). The villa lies in a very quiet position, it has a private garden and swimming pool with nice views on the surrounding hills. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. The closest town (with grocery store and restaurant) is at walking distance (around 1km) from the property. There is a shopping center at 4 kms. The house is suitable for 6-8 persons. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds (it is possible to add a folding bed, suitable for a child, in one of the bedrooms). All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Baby cot available on request. On the ground floor there is a living room (with a double sofa bed) and a well equpped kitchen.
