"Maison le rêve" is a beautiful detached villa situated on a plot of more than 1500 m2 on the edge of the authentic French village of Monoblet. In 2019 the plot has a spacious swimming pool with lounge facilities. It comfortably accommodates 12 people. Monoblet is located between Anduze and Saint Hippolyte du Fort, near cities such as Nimes, Montpellier and the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa and the richness of the immediate surroundings of Monoblet offer something for everyone. With no fewer than six spacious bedrooms, the villa is also ideal for holidays with a larger group or several families. The immediate area of Monoblet offers a rich variety of activities. For example, the Cevennes National Park, of which Monoblet is a part, is ideal for walking and cycling trips. There are beautiful medieval villages and towns that still exude the atmosphere of the past (such as Sauve, Anduze and Uzes). Golf enthusiasts will enjoy themselves at various courses at a 45-minute drive. A lot of fun can be found in and around waterfalls, streams and streams (including the Gardon, Vidourle and Herault) and on the Mediterranean Sea. Of course the Burgundians also enjoy themselves in the many wine caves and in the beautiful restaurants.
Interior:
The house is tastefully and romantically furnished and has six double rooms, four of which have a double bed and two rooms with two single beds. There are two bathrooms. Through the entrance, you enter a spacious living room with a sitting area with two sofas and two armchairs around the large fireplace. The dining area with table for 12 people is located next to the very fully equipped open kitchen with all necessary equipment.
From the entrance you also have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet.
The stairs lead to the first floor where you can find a spacious landing, a sitting area, games, playing cards and many DVDs. There are also four spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The second bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink is also located here, as well as a separate toilet. Finally, there is a separate room on the first floor with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The house is counted on families with small children. All necessities are present, such as a camp bed, a wooden bedstead with sheets and blankets, a high chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat, box and bouncer.
All Dutch and French television channels can be received via satellite. With the TV there is also a DVD player. WiFi is installed in the house.
Exterior:
Through the patio doors in the living room you can access the covered terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the garden there is a romantic wooden seat, deck chairs, sun loungers and a hammock. In the courtyard between the house and outbuilding there is an attractive garden set of scrap wood with two benches and a table. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the last rays of sunshine under the mulberry trees and take a last dip in the illuminated swimming pool. Children's bicycles and other toys are located in the annex. Between the outbuilding and the swimming pool is an outdoor kitchen with fridge, a barbecue set, a spacious dining table and sun loungers. A wonderful place to spend the day in the evening sun.
