Masia Cal Mingo is a beautifully restored historic 15th Century Catalan Manor house situated within 4,000m2 of private land.
It accommodates up to 22 guests with a total of 9 bedrooms: 6 bedrooms in the main house, one cottage and an apartment both accessed externally. The alluring pool is the perfect place to relax and take in the incredible views.

Rates for Cal Mingo are based on 18 people.
Additional Guests (from 19 to 22) or Extra Beds an additional fee of 40€ + 10% VAT per person and night will be applied.
Baby cots have additional fee of 40€ + 10% VAT per stay.
Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request. In case of request, please inform us in advance. They are not bookable on-line through our website.
Our Villas are self-catered properties, nevertheless, we provide a pack of basic kitchen & bathroom amenities as courtesy on your arrival.

"Please note that standard consumption is included of 50 kWh / per day. At the day of check-in Villas Sitges & Eventos S.L. provides the lecture of the electricity counter. Additional consumption will be billed at the day of the check out by CC or by cash payment. The quote for additional kwH is pending on the market situation and oscillates between 0,25€ and 0,60 € /kWh+ 21% VAT . Gaz oil 10m3 per day included, additional consumption, pending on the market situation between 1,30 and 1,50€ + 21% VAT.

EVENTS AND EXCLUSIVITY:
Our quotes are based on holiday rental purposes and not valid for events – please request quotes for corporate and private events and also weddings.
Please note that we have exclusivity for the in-house services and caterings.
If the purpose of the stay is other than holiday rental, it should be notified before booking is confirmed since additional charges may be applied.
TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING:
Refundable damage deposit of 2.000€ to be paid before 7 days before arrival
The cost of unreasonable damage caused by the renter will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please note that the damage deposit will be returned 14 days after check out by bank transfer.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
• CHECK IN: 4.00 pm onwards
• We would like to remind you that we are obliged to ask for a copy of guest Passport or ID, home address and signature of the rental contract & agreement before arrival.
• LATE CHECK INS: will apply a surcharge of 100€ + 10% VAT for late Check-ins between 8pm to midnight.
For check in after midnight there will be applied a surcharge of 150€ + 10% VAT
