Old Catalan country house in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of Ampurdan, Girona. In the Natural Park of Las Gavarras.
700 m2 built in 16 hectars of land, with no other houses in sight. It is surrounded by forest and fields of cultivation.
With a 13 meter pool with salt system, roads for walking or cycling, it is an ideal place to relax and regain strength.
OUTDOORS:
The house is surrounded by meadows, with different areas:
Porch with seating and dining area.
Garden with lime trees next to the porch where to eat outdoors or relax on the deckchairs contemplating the forests.
13 x 6,5m pool with salt system and is surrounded by lawn. There is also a Pool house which has a shower room, toilet and shower and a couple of extra fridges for drinks, table and chairs, beach umbrella, sun loungers and a good sound system. Table tennis table.
There’s various areas where to sit with shade from the sun depending on the time of the day.
Very pleasant porticoed terrace with views of the woods on the first floor.
Large capacity parking with separate entrance from the main one not visible from the house.
INDOORS DISTRIBUTION:
The property includes six bedrooms for a total of up to 13 guests in the main house, plus 2 guests in a lovely loft fully equipped apartment by the pool, making a total of 15 persons. The apartment by the pool is optional and has an extra charge. See airbnb advertisement " Guest House" at my profile.

Catalan vaulted entrance hall
On the right side, fully equipped modern kitchen with table for four people. Miele washer and dryer, Smeg dishwasher. Separate pantry with washing machine and drier, second fridge, microwaves and kitchen accessories.
Dining room with fireplace for 8-10 people. Going down 3 steeps there is a second dining room with acces to the porch.
On the left side of the vaulted entrace, living room with four sofas, coffee tables and a fireplace, airconditioner, large screen TV, stereo, DVD, etc.
Bedroom 1 (Cipreses): room of 16 m2 with, option two beds 90 x 200 cm/ or doble bed. With a portable air conditioning. Full bathroom with walk-in shower in the hallway. This is the courtesy bathroom at the ground floor.
First floor:

Bedroom 2 (Acacias): suite of 50 m2 with a bed of 180 x 200 cm, with ceilling fan and air-conditioning, with access to the porticoed terrace, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 (Tilos): 20 m2 room with a bed of 180 x 200 cm and living room of 14 m2 with sofa, coffe table and TV with access to the porticoedterrace. With ceilling fan and air conditioning.
This room can use bedroom 2's bathroom, or the bathroom in the corridor outside the room.

Bedroom 4 (Adelfas): 25 m2 suite with bed 180 x 200 cm with a desk, en-suite bathroom with bath and incorporated shower. With ceilling fan and air conditioning.
Bedroom 5 (Olivos): 16 m2 room with three beds of 90 x 200 cm. /or doble bed and one single bed. With ceilling fan and air conditioning.
Bedroom 6 (Almeces): 16 m2 room with bed of 150 x 190 cm desk, with large windows and balcony with beautiful view at the fields. With ceilling fan and air conditioning.
Bedrooms 5 and 6: share a bathroom with bath and incorporated shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge, Oven 90 cm, dishwasher.
Second big fridge, Miele washing machine and dryer, sink, microwave and Rowenta steam iron in the pantry.

WiFi throughout the house and and pool area (60 MG).
