Located on quiet, tree lined Westbury Grove the home is literally just meters from shops, cafes, trams and two train stations. Nearby Carlisle Street, just 800 meters away, is a local destination for cosmopolitan and cool cafes, with two supermarkets and everything you may need during your stay. Around the corner, dog friendly Alma Park has an adventure playground that is popular with locals.
This large family home has classic Edwardian features including leadlight and timber panelling. It has been fully renovated and furnished with a collection of fine furniture and selected artworks.
“Mayfair” has four bedrooms, including a spacious queen Master Bedroom with front garden outlook, a luxury ensuite with large, deep bath and built-in wardrobes.
