MAIN FLOOR Here we find the garage, the spacious kitchen, the living and dining room, a porch, and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room. On the same floor, there is another shared bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and shower.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and all necessary cooking utensils.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is spacious and bright, and connects to the kitchen.
LIVING ROOM: There is a comfortable sofa and a large TV, the unique Smart TV in the house. There is also a fireplace available. The living room connects directly to the large porch, which in turn connects to the large garden and pool.
PORCH: The terrace overlooks the garden, the private pool, and the sea. It is bright and wide and is equipped with a corner sofa and a table with 8 chairs.
GARAGE: The garage is covered and has space for 1 car. It is possible to park, also in front of the house and on the whole street for free. In the garage, there is a small bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
GROUND FLOOR We find a large vaulted room, with a billard, and comfortable sofas. From the living room, we access the wellness area with a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a shower.
POOL AREA: the swimming pool is large and the space is very pleasant with beautiful views of the sea. 2 sun loungers, two armchairs, and some tables to enjoy the surroundings and cool off during the sunny summers of the Maresme!
UPPER FLOOR On the upper floor, we have a large living room with a sloping wooden ceiling. In this room, there is a large sofa and a square glass table, ideal for playing cards. There is access to a small terrace at the top of the house with incredible sea views.
On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. SERVICES MI CASA is an exclusive house for its guests.
- There are 3 fireplaces, currently, only the fireplace in the living room on the main floor is available.- The unique Smart TV is in the living room
- Although the running water is good, the house has a filtered water system and also a water softener system.
- There is independent air conditioning in all rooms.

HOUSE RULES
-It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
- TheRental Contract of the property for Tourist Seasonwill be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
-Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All persons making the reservation mustidentify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
- During your stay,minors must always be supervisedby an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- It is also necessary toremove the garbage periodically to avoid odours and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please,avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
-Host or invite more peoplethan those registered on the reservation form.
- Performnoisy activities(music, loud conversations...)from 21:00 and before 09:00in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- Organizeevents, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
-Use bath towels for the beach or pool.The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.
-Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house;if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.

The house is located in the prestigious urbanization Mas Ram, which belongs to Badalona, a coastal town, which is north of the city of Barcelona with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.
From the urbanization, there are several paths to walk and visit the natural environment.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
The house is located on the top of a small hill, so a car is necessary to move around.
TAXI: if you only need to make a few journeys it can be a good option, but it is always necessary to book in advance.
CAR: we recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding villages and to get to Barcelona in about 20 minutes.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: different public transport options that connect the urbanization with the city and the beach. The B4 bus line takes 26 minutes to get to the nearest beach.
