This generous-sized three-level home is merely a stone’s throw from North Burleigh Beach and the Gold Coast Highway, presenting you with the perfect option to start your day with a dip before hitting the road and exploring everything our city offers. You’ll discover the nearby Miami Tavern for sun-soaked afternoon drinks, and the ever-popular epicentre of Burleigh Heads is only a 20-minute tree-lined stroll away. This section of beach gives you long, unparalleled views down to Burleigh Headland and impressive vistas north to the famed skylines of Broadbeach and the hinterland in the west.
Size is certainly not an issue here, evident from the moment you walk inside. The open-plan persona creates a flow between two separate living areas, a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine, multi-function oven, convection microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher), dining space, and balcony. This provides ample opportunity for breakaway activities such as parents enjoying a card game over wine, kids taking in a movie, Masterchefs preparing a memorable meal, or couples relaxing over a good book. This property has been totally renovated and is fully appointed, offering all the comforts of home, including air-conditioning, NBN, WiFi and Smart TVs.
You can’t and won’t neglect the ocean here, with gorgeous teal views. However, if you feel like giving it a miss, the large private pool area — with solar heating for swimming comfort all year round — to the rear is a great way to cool off with shaded spots and an outdoor shower. An adjacent laundry area and bathroom holds newly installed washer and dryer, with integrated hanging and ironing options, only adding to the accessibility.
A fully serviced internal elevator gives you access from the double-sized garage space to the first floor, meaning anyone with mobility issues is cared for. Plus — park the car and leave it there! It’s just a short distance to patrolled Beaches, walking tracks, playgrounds, cafes, award-winning restaurants, and supermarkets.
The master and second bedroom are spoilt with beach prospects to the front — and a shared wrap-around balcony only cements this — with the former given a generous walk-in robe and en suite. Two more twin-style rooms with sizeable built-in clothing space are positioned to the rear beside a separate toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. All up, the property has three luxury bathrooms and three toilets for total convenience.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
