Welcome to our 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home in West Little Rock. We want our guests to feel "at home" during their stay. With ample living space, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large outdoor space, and space to sleep 14 guests- family and friends will love this stay! Conveniently located minutes from restaurants and shopping. Free WiFi and pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, you will find ample living space, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 on the main floor, one in the basement + a sleeping area with bunk beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, and more!
The cozy living room has a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Through the living space are the open-concept dining room and kitchen. We provide all essential kitchenware items to prepare meals during your stay and a large farm table to gather for meals.
The three bedrooms on the main floor are down the hallway off the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second has a full bed. The third bedroom has a full bed, a SmartTV, and an attached half bathroom. The last bedroom is in the basement with a full bed. There is an additional sleeping space down here with two twin-over-twin bunks beds.
Upstairs is the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Outside is a large deck with a spiral staircase to the yard. Patio furniture and a grill are available!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, minutes for restaurants, shops and River Mountain Park!
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
