This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. 2 Bedrooms downstairs, and the other 2 bedroom upstairs. The primary bedroom upstairs is large with one king bed, a couch, private balcony, and dedicated workspace. The secondary bedroom upstairs has a dedicated workspace and two queen beds. The primary bedroom downstairs has one queen bed and a desk. The secondary bedroom downstairs has two double beds. Each bedroom has a wall mounted television, and generous closet space. The wifi is super fast. We love staying here and think you will too!

Each floor has a full bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, and toilet right outside the bedrooms. The bathrooms were just remodeled and sparkle.

The kitchen is wide open to the rest of the living space, creating the ideal spot to cook a full course meal for the entire gathering, while still entertaining in the living space. With new modern appliances and tons of seating, both at the dining table & four additional bar seats, there is plenty of room for the entire gathering to enjoy.

As you walk into the home, you are greeted with a massive, wide open living space. Tons of comfy seating, a large smart TV, and lovely views of nature that will keep you wanting to stay even past your checkout! You really need to experience this space in person to get the full relaxing experience. Over a dozen board games await you.

The most picture-perfect outdoor space that you could ask for. Including all of your desired amenities (hot tub, pool, fire pit, lounging deck, pellet grill, outdoor furniture and dining area + more), this spot is to die for! While experiencing the serenity back here, you can sit back and relax. Absolutely stunning!

We have several yoga mats and blocks, foam rollers and resistance bands. The exercise bike with LCD display wlll hold your phone while you ride. The dumbbell rack in the basement gym goes up to 25 lbs. Or play ping pong on our new regulation size table.

The entire house and grassy backyard is yours. There is a public path to Glenerie Falls. Please do not venture into the forest or attempt to climb down to the Creek as it gets very steep very fast.
Additional rules
House Rules - Please read for your own safety and comfort!
1. Don’t leave food outside - we have all kinds of critters in the woods that don’t need to be lured up to the house.
2. Like most of the area, we are on well water. Conserve our natural resources! There is a pressure gauge on the water tank. If you notice a drop in water pressure, or if you see that the gauge reads less than 20 psi, please pause water usage for 30 minutes to let the well pump more water. If the water stops flowing or slows to a trickle, please close all taps and call the emergency number.
3. Do not flush anything down the toilets except the septic safe toilet paper provided. Please. No wipes. No hygiene products. Just TP.
4. Park cars in the driveway, not on the road.
5. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
6. Quiet time after 10 p.m.
7. Pool Safety. No children in the pool without adult supervision. Inflatables are not flotation devices. Return pool toys to the deck box.
8. Hot Tub Safety. The hot tub takes a long time to heat up again if you forgot to cover it. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. Children and Pregnant Women should limit hot tub use to 10 minutes.
9. Forest Safety. There are over 30 acres of forest behind the property. They don’t belong to us and people hunt there. There are wild animals in the forest. Please stay in the backyard (the grassy area). Spray insect repellent when you’re outside or if you go hiking in the surrounding parks as ticks are common to this area.
10. No parties or events.
11. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 12 people, and that includes children.
12. No pets allowed.
13. No smoking inside the home or the decks. Smoke at the fire pit only please. Our son has asthma and cigarette smoking anywhere indoors will result in a fine of $350.
15. Damages. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.
16. We will require a copy of your valid prior to your arrival.

Please know these are not to spy on guests, but to secure the home when guests and/or stuff are not around.
Please note that we require a copy of the driver's license for the guest that is booking, full names of all adults staying, and written acknowledgment that the guests agree to all house rules.
