The freshly renovated apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a small wooden table, as well as upholstered vintage chairs and a bedroom with a king-size box spring bed, a comfortable reading corner with two modern armchairs and a daylight bathroom with a generous rain shower and double washbasin.
There is the option of booking an extra room. Our small apartment seeart-no 17- offers an additional small retreat with sleeping accommodation - an extra shower and toilet. So up to 4 persons can feel comfortable in the light-flooded holiday apartment.
The equipment also includes WLAN and Lan, a flat screen TV, satellite TV, children's toys, books, games, a baby bed and a high chair. The small kitchenette is furnished to a high standard so that cooking is also fun on holiday.
The design floor in concrete look by the 'Art on Floor' designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as the unique textile furnishings and beautiful pictures contribute significantly to the extraordinary ambience.

Despite the quiet location on the outskirts of the village with beautiful cycle and hiking paths directly behind the house, an excellent infrastructure with shopping facilities, gastronomy, a train station, doctors, pharmacy and banks, all within walking distance, awaits you. The lido, the lake promenade and a small fitness studio are only a few minutes' walk away.
So that also your car can feel comfortable there are enough - and for our holiday guests free - parking spaces available. So that your motorcycles and bicycles do not feel neglected, we provide covered parking spaces and, if required, a garage space.
Sustainability is very important to us. We get our electricity from our solar panels and underfloor heating and the warm water is supplied by the heat pump.
Since we have an old dog lady living in the house, pets are only welcome after consultation. The fee per dog per stay is 30€.
