This villa, built on one level, is the ideal place for a luxury family vacation with all the comforts of home.
The property consists of open spaces and bright and spacious rooms in the following arrangements:
- Complete kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and cutlery, completely renovated with the latest practical equipment.
- Open living-dining room with a flat screen TV.
- Bedroom 1: Suite, with a double bed and private bathroom, which also has a hot tub and shower.
- Bedroom 2: one double bed.
- Bedroom 3: with a capacity of 3 people, the room is equipped with a three single bed.
- Bedroom 4: one single bed.
The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
Outside there is a large private garden with a children's house to play in, a covered area for lunch, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas and a beautiful private swimming pool of 4 m Wide by 7 m long with a depth of 1.3m to 1.5m

Cleaning Policy:
1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.
3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.
4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied .
5) All beds and pillows have protective covers. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
