This newly renovated 3/2 home is located on a quiet and peaceful tree-lined street just a mile away from Austin's trendiest boutiques, eclectic shops, renowned restaurants, and iconic entertainment options like the Continental Club. The Antler is perfect for groups that want to be near the action, yet feel a sense of tranquility after exploring the city! This is a comfortable, fun space for your group or your family to enjoy at your home away from home while visiting Austin! Because Austin is full of activities and social adventure, we made sure your comfort is a top priority. You will find yourself surrounded by thoughtful, eclectic details in the design while creating an open, warm environment in this recently renovated property with an incredible primary suite and wonderful outdoor lounge. Once settled, you will love the natural light from the surrounding windows throughout the home during the day and enjoy sunsets every evening. Once you enter, you will be greeted with stylish tile & your very own arrival guide! To the left, you will find two bedrooms (3 total Queen beds), both with extremely comfortable high quality, memory foam mattresses, soft linens and stylish decor. Both bedrooms also have large flat screen TV's, sound bars, ceiling fans, and air purifiers to ensure you get to re-charge after each adventure. We also made sure to include at least 4 pillows per bed for the true sleep enthusiast! These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity to ensure there is enough space for everyone to get ready at the same time. All the way in the back, you will find the primary suite complete with a new king Nectar memory foam mattress, a 65" OLED Tv, sound bar, and a beautiful Spanish style bathroom. The modernized bathrooms come equipped with high quality, eco friendly hair & body products and all other bathroom essentials needed for your group. Don't worry, you can use as much toilet paper as you'd like here! The Antler has a top of the line tankless water heater which means no matter how large your group is, you can all take showers at the same time with endless hot water to make sure everyone can get ready without delay. The newly remodeled open concept dining & living space boasts a large 65" LED TV, electric fireplace, and an extremely comfortable cloud couch that can seat up to 10 people! Trust us, we tested it. This also means that you can sleep an extra 2 guests if needed. Safe to say that this is easily the most entertaining room in the entire home as you will be sure to enjoy meals, movies and quality friends/family time. It's also perfect for large groups coming home from events or getting ready to go hit the scene since the TV & sound bar create the perfect vibe for the pregame. The brand new modern galley kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking with brand new Samsung Stainless Steel appliances and all the cookware, baking sheets, & spices/seasonings needed for a chef of all levels! As restaurant owners, we understand the love for food and late night snacks so please help yourself to anything you'd like. There is no greater joy than breaking bread with friends & family, Bon Appétit! We also got laundry covered! Enjoy state of the art extra large Samsung washer and dryer so you'll never have to go home with dirty laundry in your suitcase. On the back patio, you will find yourself in a second living area primed for comfort to make more memories with a comfy outdoor couch, mini fire pit, & a flat screen TV so you can enjoy sports or movies outdoors when the weather suits your vibe! There is a guest-house in the back that is also listed. When it is rented, the backyard area is a shared space, including the lounge patio. We can absolutely add the option to rent the guest house as well as the main house via direct message. With the guest house, you'll have another queen size bed, a full bathroom, with the same setup as the rooms in the house. This is a gorgeous unit and is great for groups of 12 to all stay on the same property!
