From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 4 vehicles preferably parked in the garage so plowing can occur easily.

Résumé: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 12 had an excellent time at Monte Vista. Well stocked kitchen(spices, knives, pans, dishes, etc.), great views, large spaces to come together in, and many secluded places for alone time. We were able to ski to the lifts with a little poling, and it was a short hike back.Had a couple of minor issues, but Cottonwood management was very quick and attentive to address them. They also worked with us to accommodate our schedule. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend!
