It is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and a creek runs nearly all year long just behind the backyard.
This bi-level home boasts a newly remodeled living room, dining area, and kitchen remodel. There are three bedrooms on the top floor and one full bath. The lower level has a full-sized front loading washer and dryer and another full-size bathroom.

The guests will have access to entire home including 3 bedrooms, laundry, and 2 bathrooms.

The guests will also have access to the clubhouse in the development which includes small gym, a game room with pool table and table tennis, an air hockey table and arcade games! Also, there is indoor basketball and racquetball courts! Huge indoor heated pool. Don’t forget the amazing beach and lake! Great for SUV, kayaking, and canoeing!
There is an on-site restaurant and lounge in the clubhouse, they always have great food and drink specials! Not to mention live entertainment, and also entertainment on the outdoor deck in the summer/spring months!
The lake, the wonderful lake! Great for fishing! Bass, Perch, Pickerel, and even trout (lake stocked with Palomino, Rainbow, and Brown trout in spring for the kids fishing derby). Enjoy spectacular mountain views and clear blue skies while kayaking on the lake or relaxing on the beach. Lake is excellent for swimming.
Whitewater rafting and biking on the 'Rails to Trails' at Lehigh Gorge State Park (20 minutes away).
