Our beautiful luxury estate in the peaceful countryside on 20 acres overlooks Center Hill Lake and the Upper Cumberland Mountain Range in Middle Tennessee. We are just a short drive from Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga. The Lodge provides ample space for you and your guests to share lasting memories.
For Privacy and EXCLUSIVENESS of all our guests on property: All access is by reservation only. We have strict guidance: Only those with confirmed lodging reservations will be granted access. No exceptions will be made. We are not a public or commercial entity open to the public
OCCUPANCY/CAPACITY:
The number of occupants shall not exceed the capacity on your reservation. Any party exceeding maximum occupancy inside or outside will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
The Space: The Lodge has it's own character of soft and cozy décor, it surely brings Bridgeton vibes throughout in the rooms, offering multiple sleeping arrangements. with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and 4 balconies overlooking Center Hill Lake, a soft hot tub in the master/honeymoon suite (currently waiting on a part). If you list you are only having 2 guests - the 2 upper bedrooms will be locked and no access will be given. Thus the reason for rate decrease for just 2 guests in the home.

Full Bathroom (double sink, Toilet, Bathtub, and Shower)
Linens, Comforters, Bath Towel & wash cloth for every guest on registration, a few laundry pods for washing towels is needed during stay, Plenty of Toilet Tissue to begin your trip, you are staying for an extended time you may have to purchase additional (but again there is enough supplied) and roll of paper towels. Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, scrubby for dishes, coffee filters for Drip Coffee Pot
What is not included? Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, charcoal for the charcoal BBQ grill, towels for the pool.
Comfortable and Cozy Seating
Views from every room. Pictures of this property do not do it justice. If you are looking for Mountain and Lake Views - to enjoy privacy and seclusion - this is the Hidden Slice of heaven.
The upper level has multiple sleeping arrangements.
In addition, it has an area all to itself with 7 vanities and a beautiful sitting room to sit and enjoy the views and space with a book and one just at the top of the stairs overlooking the living room - Skylights offer views of the lake. This home is large enough for everyone to have space and room to explore the property.
The outdoor spaces offer serene views of the lake as well as the mountain range surrounding it. Late in the afternoon, as the sun dips behind the trees, the light turns a perfect golden hue- giving warmth to not only your photos, but your memories as well.
We ask that you do not enter the Lower Level. Our lower level is off limits during your stay. The lower level serves as our Grandview reception space with well over 3,000 square feet with floor to ceiling windows, this is available for additional charges. The space serves for the purpose for wedding ceremonies, family events, corporate retreats, and receptions when guests are not staying in the lodge.
While we host other guests on the property at our glamping suites. It is unlikely you will encounter them unless you choose to utilize some of our shared amenity "the heated infinity-like pool". The location of the pool is about 2 football fields away, which is the same length away as the other guests are from staying from the lodge.
