This spacious North Norfolk cottage sleeps three across two bedrooms with private parking for one car. Mulberry House is ideally located between Holt and Sheringham.
This attractive cottage is modern and full of charm and character, giving the property a relaxing and comfortable feel. There is a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen which gives the property a home from home feel, perfect for unwinding in after a busy day taking in the Norfolk sights. Upstairs in the eaves are two bright and well equipped bedrooms. Perfect for couples and small families.
Ground Floor
Enter the cottage through the main door which leads directly into the bright and spacious lounge. This living space is bright, modern and open plan through to the kitchen and small dining space.
The kitchen is well equipped with built-in electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge.
Walk past the kitchen and find the downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. The bathroom is a good size, bright and spacious. Outside the bathroom is a small space with books, magazines and tourist leaflets.
Head back into the open plan living space and ascend the stairs to the first floor.
First Floor
The bedrooms are in the eaves of the cottage and ooze character and charm.
Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 offers a single bed with a bedside table and table for essentials.
There is a rail at the top of the stairs for hanging and hairdryers in each room.
Outside
There is a spacious and pretty south facing courtyard garden with table and chairs available, perfect for al fresco dining and an evening drink.
There is a barn for guests to use which offers space for bicycle storage as well as a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
