The Space:
Myers Road Villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, this split-level property is a sight to behold. The lower level is a true masterpiece, with an open-plan dining, lounge area and kitchen (with pantry) that seamlessly blend in to create a spacious and inviting living area. Adorned with a 10-seater dining setting, state-of-the-art appliances, an open fireplace, Smart TV and comfortable modular lounge and armchairs, this area is perfect space for conversation and relaxation. The deck/alfresco area contain an al fresco lounge and outdoor dining (with umbrellas) overlooking the countryside vista and a barbeque. The entrance level features a powder room with a shower, laundry, and an office with a 6-seater table and computer workstation, making it a fantastic space for small corporate bookings. Additionally, this space can be transformed into another bedroom with a double bed that retracts into the wall. The large games room complete with TV, DVD player, and kids' activities (board games and a chalkboard table) offers an ideal spot for entertaining the kids or for adults to curl up on the lounge and enjoy some quiet time reading a book or watching a movie. A single highchair is available in the laundry, however guests are advised to bring their own port-a-cot as this is not supplied.
The sleeping quarters at Myers Rd Villa are located upstairs and comprise a beautifully decorated Master King Suite with stunning countryside and ocean views and a spacious modern ensuite (walk in shower, vanity and toilet). The second bedroom has a King bed which can also be split into 2 x King Singles, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a window seat and two sets of Single Bunk Beds. All rooms feature stylish furnishings, beautiful artwork, and contemporary decor, which is consistent throughout the house. The central, modern bathroom has a shower and vanity, and for added convenience and privacy, a separate toilet is also available.

The property is also situated near some of the best vineyards and restaurants in Victoria, including the acclaimed Jackalope which is just a few minutes away by car. Additionally, the world-renowned Peninsula Hot Springs and several top-notch golf courses are also just a short drive away, making this location an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and adventure alike.
Getting Around:
It is only 10-15 minutes to Mt Martha or Somers beaches and close to some of Victoria's best vineyards and restaurants including the award-winning Jackalope which is only a couple of minutes drive away. Peninsula Hot Springs and world-class golf courses are also within a short drive.

Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $3,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments (American Express not accepted).
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
