Wander down the stairs to the front door and inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining, powder room, home office, laundry and children's playroom.
The morning light pours into the spacious kitchen and living area making this the perfect space for bridal parties/families preparing for weddings or a quiet morning coffee while overlooking the pool and spa.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a coffee machine. The living area features a 75 inch TV with Netflix, a wood fire heater for those cold winter nights and luxury couches.
Separated from the main living area by a large glass sliding door is the childrens carpeted playroom complete with TV and Disney+.
The master bedroom is home to the designer super king size bed and double vanity ensuite, Bedroom 2 hosts a full size cot and single bed, Bedroom 3 a double bed and Bedroom 4 two single beds.
The home office is separated by French doors and equipped with an ergonomic chair, standup desk and double screens making it ideal for that 'work-cation'.
Push the glass sliding doors aside and venture into the backyard complete with alfresco, firepit, pool, spa and amphitheater style lawn area surrounded by manicured gardens.
