CARPET should not be removed from the Centre Table
Do not REMOVE the Cover from the Sofa/Bed/Centre Table
No SPILLAGE of any LIQUID in Sofa/Carpet/Bed/Curtain
No Keeping of METALS inside MICROWAVE
Chair & Other Items should NOT BE DRAGGED IN TILES – AVOID TILE SCRATCHES

Sorry, we don't.
7) Do you permit cooking of Meat products?
We permit cooking of Chicken, Fish, beef and mutton & all other vegetarian products only.
However, cooking of any other animal meat is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED
8) What is the Refundable Security Deposit all about?
Applicable : Only for Monthly Stays , It's basically a caution deposit - Rs 6000, we would collect it during check-in and return the balance after deducting the Electricity charges.
9) Are Infants allowed?
Sorry, infants not allowed.
10) Where can I use the washing machine?
Washing machine is just placed outside (common for all guest's)
11) Any other rules I should be aware of?
Strictly no partying/drinking/smoking inside the premises. Some guests have burned holes in the bedsheet/curtain/tablecloth. Very Strict action will be taken under such circumstances.
Importantly this is a HOMESTAY, NOT A HOTEL! Please treat the hosts & the maid with due RESPECT. Please do not complain about the amenities comparing it with a hotel.

We live on the 1st Floor of the Property, Ground & 2nd Floor is rental.
>For Daily/Weekly staying guests! - We kindly request you to change the Bedsheet, Pillow covers & tuck in the bedsheet (Extra Bedsheets will be given)- Please follow the HOUSE RULES
If possible, we please request you to clean up the Table, Kitchen Desk, Wash the vessels and return us the listing in the exact condition as given to you.
