In the kitchen, you'll find every kitchen tool, gadget, appliance and more. Two sinks, a beverage fridge, a huge island and more! There are plenty of seating options; in the kitchen, the formal dining room or the breakfast nook that overlooks the backyard. Just off the kitchen is a half-bathroom as well as the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
In the first bedroom, there is a king-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains and more. Down the hall, is the main bathroom complete with double sinks as well as a separate toilet area and tiled shower/tub. The covered deck and patio are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, conversation with Bobo (the unofficial mascot of Gifted Pines that occasionally will make an appearance outside), meals and more! Beat the heat in the the beautiful swimming pool or wind down after a long day in the hot tub/jacuzzi. Pool loungers, umbrellas and more are included to make you feel right at home.
