A comfortable, clean, and private home that is close to the hospital district and the downtown scene in Joplin, MO. This space has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, living room, dining area, and office workspace. Perfect for family trips, friend vacations, or business travelling! Amenities include central H&A, free street parking, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, and a washer and dryer.
We hope you love this space as much as we do! This home is newly remodeled and, while it is clean and cozy, there are a few minor dent and dings:
1.) The leather exterior on the couch in the living room is slightly worn off in one of the corners. The couch itself functions completely normally and we are currently working on replacing this piece.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you on your stay, and I am happy to answer any questions you have regarding this issue!
Additionally, I happily accommodate pets with a small $25 pet fee per stay.

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms in my home, both with a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has side tables and extra blankets! The back bedroom has access to a full-sized closet and dresser.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are located on the base level, one is sandwiched between the 2 bedrooms while the other is in the back of the home off of the laundry room. Each bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower/tub and is equipped with extra towels, washcloths, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Office Workspace: Located in the back of the home, the office workspace is equipped with a desk, chair, and lamp. The internet box is in this area as well, making it easy to work online!
Kitchen: This space is fully equipped and ready for any of your culinary needs!

Laundry room: Top-loading washer and dryer with washing pods and dryer sheets provided. Additionally, some cleaning supplies are left out including

STREET PARKING ONLY. Located off of 20th street, only 5 minutes from Downtown Main Street and about 10 minutes from Rangeline Road.
