Résumé: Came to Austin for 4 nights so my Wife could attend a medical conference. The conference was about a mile away from my rental so we were in and out with the valet multiple times daily. All of the valet staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The rental was nice and the view was terrific. The two problems we encountered with the property was a very temperamental elevator that seemed to be an issue everyone experienced. On one occasion i rode up and down 32 floors three times before i was allowed to exit on my floor. The other issue is this entire place has only 2 luggage carts. I went down stairs at 9:50 am and waited 45 minutes to be able to use a luggage cart. Staff knew I was waiting on a cart (they hold your ID while using a cart) and despite over ten people being present for a morning meeting no one volunteered to assist gathering my luggage as an alternative solution due to the extreme wait time for a luggage cart.
