Welcome to Bozeman Home Base, your perfect retreat in the heart of Montana! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1616 square foot home is your gateway to all that Bozeman has to offer. We've put our hearts into updating and furnishing this property to create a cozy Montana Home-Base getaway that's sure to exceed your expectations.
Gathering Area:
Kitchen: Our bright and fully equipped kitchen boasts a large counter with 4 bar stools, making it a great space for family and friends to gather. You'll find a Mr. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutting boards, and even kid-friendly tableware. Explore the walk-in pantry for additional kitchen items and discover a treasure trove of board games for all ages.
Dining Area: The large dining table comfortably seats 6, and we also provide a high chair so even the youngest be included.
Living Room: Relax in the comfortable sectional and chairs while enjoying the Smart TV with access to Hulu, Prime, and Netflix. There's also a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warmer days. For added comfort, we have forced air heating and a gas fireplace (no wood needed), which can be controlled by thermostat or remote. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but we provide ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort.
Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: The primary suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2: This room offers another King bed.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a cozy Queen bed.
All of our beds and furniture, including linens, are brand new and incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom closet also includes a luggage stand, floor fan and robes for your use.
Guest Bath: The second bathroom features a tub/shower and is conveniently located in the hallway.
We provide bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth and for each person noted on reservation and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom.
Extras:
You'll find toys and books for the little ones the primary bedroom.
Enjoy the convenience of new cordless blackout shades in all rooms.
The separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer.
Parking is a breeze with the one-car garage and parking for 2 cars int the driveway.
Please note that there is no air conditioning.
What we provide: A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, 2 rolls paper towels, garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil in the kitchen; 2 rolls of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, pump hand soap in each bathroom ; Laundry pods and fabric softener in the laundry room.
Guests should plan on purchasing without reimbursement once these items are consumed.
There may be basic spices in the kitchen cabinet and/or pantry. Please feel free to use any items you may find - we do hope that "if you use it you will replace it".
The property may not have all the items you may be accustomed to having in your home If there is a specific item you need please ask or bring it with you.
House Rules:
Quiet time is from 9 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere in this family neighborhood. If you're planning to party, we kindly ask that you choose another place to stay.
